We are looking for NC Licensed Loan Officers for our Raleigh office that possess the personality, confidence, and determination required to make a top loan officer. Loan officer duties include taking loan applications, counseling customers on loan programs available, building relationships with realtors and other referral sources, and developing a network of referral sources from former clients.

Loan Officer Requirements:

• Must be Self-Motivated and a Self-Starter
• Must be able to excel in a high energy, team oriented environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
• Must be customer service driven
• 2 years of mortgage origination experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Conventional/FHA/VA/USDA mortgage programs preferred
