As a Mortgage Loan Officer for Foundation Financial Group, you will be an important member of a team that develops and evaluates loan applications, through outbound calling, and advises customers of their appropriate loan options to ensure their complete satisfaction.

Qualifications:  Mortgage Sales / Loan Officer
-The ability to talk to consumers, through 150 outbound calls daily, while gathering and analyzing information in a timely manner.
-Strong negotiation and sales skills to sell multiple products.

-Ability to work in a fast paced, competitive, team oriented environment.                       

-Product knowledge to best advise borrowers of multiple loan products and programs.
-Basic knowledge of financial markets and industry conditions/competition, strong telephone and customer service skills to ensure potential clients choose Foundation Financial Group.
-Ability to deal with challenging situations and challenging customers.
-Organizational and time management skills.
-Willingness to follow direction from management.
-Basic computer competency, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain the confidentiality and trade secrets of Foundation Financial Group’s policies, procedures, and best practices.

Education and Experience:  Marketing Professional/Mortgage Sales
-Minimum of 1+ years sales experience preferred but not required.

-College degree preferred but not required
