Welcome to Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc.  PRMI was founded in Salt Lake City, Utah, in 1998.  We are a privately-held, debt-free company that, while servicing all segments of the market, focuses primarily on traditional loan products.  Since our inception, we have evolved from a four-person business to a nationwide multi-billion dollar operation with hundreds of employees working in branches across the country.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Active NC loan officer license
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.  Background checks will be required of all selected candidates.
