Myers Park Mortgage, Inc., established in 1992, is the #1 independent Charlotte, North Carolina based mortgage company. We are currently, the only Accredited Lender* in North Carolina. We are locally owned and operated with 7 offices in North Carolina and 1 office in Richmond, Virginia. Myers Park Mortgage is an approved Fannie/Freddie direct seller, DU/LP and FHA/VA, Full Eagle, with DE. Our in house underwriters are highly skilled in assisting our originators restructure files and maximize loan yields. We continue to grow as the others slow – “Grow with the Best”! 100% Health insurance paid by employer for the employee. 401-K Company matches 100% of first 3%. Employee eligible after 6 months.
