 Skills:

• Successful candidates will have a proven track record to close sales and meet quotas!
• 1+ years sales experience in the mortgage industry originating residential loans is preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and other business partners
• If you already have your Broker's license - that's a plus
• Ability to Build customer relationships and trust over the phone
• Experience developing business through networking
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Excellent time management and computer skills
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills
• Self reliant, energetic and dedicated a must

Primary Responsibilities:

1st Metropolitan Mortgage Loan Officers are dedicated to providing a pleasurable experience to each and every one of our home loan customers. You will work with our customers by providing loan solutions, advice, and negotiate the terms and conditions of loans with applicants. You will be responsible for converting leads into funded loans. You are expected to maintain knowledge of products and programs pertaining to 1st Metropolitan Mortgage's guidelines and requirements and understand the application of guidelines required by underwriting.
