CFL Mortgage is different than any other mortgage company because we’re All-Inclusive.   That’s right, just like a 5 Star luxury hotel, we take care of you, because we know what a valuable asset you are to our company.  We know that as a Loan Originator, your strengths lie in your ability to sell, not in preparing files, gathering documentation, database management and marketing.  We have learned from experience that the above-mentioned tasks are all vital to ensure a long-term successful career as a Loan Officer, so as part of our All-Inclusive services, we have support for you and for your business.  The CFL support staff includes the following:

Loan Coordinator

The loan coordinator sends out your applications upon initial contact, schedules consultations,  gathers supporting documentation, prepares files for underwriting, and executes our detailed eight step in-process touch point system to clients.  

Client Service Manager

As our on-site loan processor, the Client Service Manager is responsible for getting the loan to closing, and ensuring that the transaction is seamless for all parties involved.  The Client Service Manager is responsible for gathering all documentation requested by the underwriter, coordinating closings, and preparing the files for the closing department.

Marketing Manager

Our Marketing Manager is responsible for executing CFL’s post-closing marketing campaign to your clients.  This campaign includes a monthly Evidence of Success postcard mailer, Quarterly Talk of the Triad Newsletter, Quarterly Rate Watch Report, Birthday Gift, Quarterly Strategic Homeowner Magazine, and Holiday Mailers.  The Marketing Manager is also responsible for coordinating our client appreciation events, campaigns to Realtors, and all other marketing materials for CFL.
